1) ORDERING METHODS

To order our products, you can use all the methods listed on the pages: All Products, New Season "Novello" Oil, Medium Fruity, Intense Fruity, Ceramic Jars, Flavored Oils, Promotions.

2) ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Order processing times are generally reasonably short, usually within 48 hours, although they may vary slightly depending on the immediate availability of the specific product and, during the olive growing season, depending on the quantities immediately available.

3) PAYMENT METHODS

Our products are shipped upon advance payment or cash on delivery.

Advance payment can be made via checkout directly from our online shop with SSL SECURE SHOPPING which includes PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD OR PAYMENT ON DELIVERY directly to the courier.

This last type of payment (CASH ON DELIVERY) requires an additional charge of Euro 7.00.

Or by bank transfer to Barletta Luigi, whose bank details will be communicated directly once the order is confirmed.

4) DELIVERY METHODS

Unless otherwise specified, our products are shipped via courier with home delivery.

The prices shown do not include shipping costs.

For orders from abroad, in addition to the shipping costs for domestic shipments, additional costs for international shipments will be added each time, which will be calculated based on the distance.

5) TRANSPORT COSTS

Domestic shipping costs are as follows:

For shipments to the islands, there is a surcharge of €25.00, in addition to the normal national rates.
